They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder... but it can be easily agreed that beauty needs a little push in the right direction once in a while too. Isma Khan, of Manchester based business, "Isma's Beauty", is a talented and dedicated beautician who throws such passion into her work, that it's clear she is the perfect candidate to give that much needed shove now and again to the women of the North.
Born and bred in Manchester, Isma has always had an eye for creativity, especially in terms of henna painting, hair and beauty. Starting out at a young age, practising on family and friends for fun, Isma decided to take a professional Henna painting course with Sabiha, the lady behind the highly acclaimed "Sabiha's: Haute Couture" based on the famous "Curry Mile" in Manchester. Recognising her own talents and interests, Isma knew this was not something to let pass her by, so decided to venture out into the fields of make-up application and hair-styling, and strengthened this further with another course with Sabiha a little less than a year later. With her inspiration being the very well-known celebrity make-up artist Lubna Rafiq, Isma was joyous to be able to attend a further professional course with LUBNA, in order to amplify the raw skills she already possessed. She then furthered onto taking a course in HD makeup - AIRBRUSH makeup, where she trained with Celebrity Makeup Artist Chantal and learnt how to create that flawless finish required for TV and media.
From hair to make-up; from Henna art to nail art, Isma now has the qualifications and the obvious talent to make any woman look and feel beautiful. With her focus and primary aim being the desires of her customers, Isma feels that women, especially Brides, should have as little hassle as possible in obtaining the perfect artist for their special day. By merging all her talents into making a convenient one-woman business, Isma can fulfil the beauty needs of her clients in one simple go. Available for weddings, parties, Media, TV/Film, Celebrities, modelling shoots, catwalks - Isma is the kind of lady you want to make you feel like the centre of attention for any special occasion. Concentrating solely on the needs of her customers, it is clear why this little lady with a big dream has come so far in the beauty world already.
